Baltic Hernia Days, 7-8 October 2024, Gdańsk
07.11.2024 - 08.11.2024

On 7-8 November 2024, the first Baltic Hernia Days congress took place at the European Solidarity Centre in Gdansk.

The conference covered the following European countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany and Poland. Doctors from war-affected Ukraine also took part and, despite the extremely difficult situation in their country, also shared their experiences in hernia repair.

The aim of the event was to promote the exchange of scientific knowledge and experience in herniology. It was also a place for dialogue between professionals and medical professionals in the field of modern implants dedicated to herniology and new surgical techniques.

An interesting scientific programme of the congress and outstanding speakers from Poland and the world made the Baltic Hernia Days an exceptional event.

We also had the pleasure of being a part of it 🙂
